  Brisbane Water Glass sent their installer for quotes Craig Hopping - who told me he did complete bathroom renovations - Craig Hopping Carpentry is NOT licenced to do bathroom renovations - the reno he did on my bathroom 3 1/2 years ago - now needs completely ripping out down to the concrete he laid and needs re-doing e.g. completely renovating again - our home was remortgaged to finance our dream bathrooms to the cost of above $40k - beyond words to have another approved professional pull up several tiles to find silicone was used as an adhesive on our floor tiles - no angle was correctly installed so the shower screen was useless as the bathroom was basically set up as a wet room by Craig Hopping's tiler Brent Dawes. ..please stay clear of these shoddy crew they are not worth the heart ache - Update - Both bathrooms have no adequate angles in bathroom shower area, plus on-suite has no angle into the bathroom doorway area either, plus water is seeping into the very foundations of both bathrooms as the waterproofing was not done correctly around the bottom of both bathrooms, plus screed is NOT Reinforced, which it needs to be with the specific waterproofing membrane they used - which is questionable due to the lumpy appearance, to whether the product was in date or not - awaiting report from Bostik as we speak - Craig laughed at the thought of us spending money on the 4 reports that we have already got, 2 more pending - this crew have put my entire family at risk, balancing shower glass on non structural screed is just begging for major failures - I at least now know the lengths that they went to, to cut all those corners - If you suspect that these cowboys have touched your bathroom reno - please do report them to fair trading - you need to make sure your families are safe.

  Booked in builders for the windows/doors install after confirmation of delivery of the order.
  Day was nearly over and no windows arrived. Had to call twice to get an answer.
